Please check the following:
Make sure you have downloaded the correct version of the Courseware application. Ifyou’re using a
Mac, you need to download the file containing **darwin**.dmg.
If you’re using Windows7 or above, you need to download file named contain *win*.zip.
Make sure you computer OS is Windows 7 and above or MacOSX 10 and above.
Make sure you have downloaded the complete file. The Courseware application is more than 200mb.
If the file you downloaded is smaller than 200mb, the file was not downloaded completely.
If your system is Windows, after you finish downloading the entire file, you must first unzip the file. If
the program you use to unzip the file is not reliable, it may result in a failure to unzip the file properly.
